This issue, edited by Prof. (Dr) Mohan Joseph Modayil, focusses on the North East of India. Dr. Deepjyoti Baruah of DCFR has played an important role, interviewing farmers and also helping connecting Fishing Chimes to the researchers focussing on the North – East. Prof. Mohan Joseph Modayil speaks on the Fisheries Development in the North East region.
